Return and Refund Policy

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Collectors Lounge does not accept returns on any purchases, including trading cards, sealed products, accessories, or collectibles.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
• Product must be in original, unopened, and unused condition.
• You must provide the original purchase receipt (digital or physical copy).
• Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or greater value (difference must be paid if the new item costs more).
• All exchanges are subject to management approval and item availability.

NO Exceptions:

• Opened or used products cannot be exchanged.
• No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.
• Collectors Lounge is not responsible for damages caused after the product is opened or used.
